Bulk Bag Compaction
A compacted FIBC may need external conditioning before discharge. Check bag dimensions, liner, weight and lump strength; do not strike or overload packaging as a workaround.

What to assess first
Record where the restriction occurs, the form of the material, packaging condition and the desired state at the next process step. Include a material sample or photograph and the storage history.
Equipment and supporting processes
Bulk Bag Conditioner — an assessment route, subject to material testing and configuration review.
Acceptance criteria
Agree the acceptable discharge condition, product quality and safety requirements before equipment trials. A visible reduction in lumps alone is not a complete process acceptance test.
