The problem before discharge
A bag may retain its shape even when the material inside no longer flows. The discharge spout alone cannot resolve a consolidated mass. Assess the material and the integrity of the bag before choosing a conditioning sequence.
How conditioning works
Conditioning applies mechanical action through the outside of a suitable closed FIBC. Its purpose is to loosen the contents before unloading. It is a different process from feeding exposed lumps into a rotor-based breaker.
Define the application
Share filled bag dimensions, gross weight, liner construction, storage time, lump hardness and the required discharge arrangement. Bag damage, dust release and re-compaction must be considered during trials.
Configuration and safety review
The offered actuation, guarding, loading arrangement and control sequence must be confirmed for the selected build. Keep people outside moving equipment; external conditioning does not establish suitability for every food, chemical or pharmaceutical application.
Define your technical specification
A build-specific specification is prepared from your material and site requirements. Send bag dimensions and weight, required throughput, utilities, control interfaces and acceptance criteria.
