How it works
The source equipment record identifies a twin-cylinder bulk bag machine with a hydraulic power unit and a bottom turntable. The pictured machine applies external pressure to the bag. The operating sequence and suitability must be assessed for the actual bag and material.
Machine features
The archived photograph shows opposing conditioning plates, a hydraulic assembly and a turntable. These identify this configuration; they do not imply that every configuration includes the same equipment.
Technical specification process
Send filled bag weight and dimensions, packaging and liner details, lump strength, cycle requirements and site utilities. The quotation and approved drawing define the operating envelope and selected configuration.
Safety and control review
Review loading access, guarding, interlocks, isolation and the control sequence before installation. PLC programming, adjustable pressure, lift options and safety-door arrangements are not presented as standard features without build-specific confirmation.
Define your technical specification
A build-specific specification is prepared from your material and site requirements. Send bag dimensions and weight, required throughput, utilities, control interfaces and acceptance criteria.
| Material & packaging | Name, condition, bag or exposed feed |
